How is the hot tub filled?

We will need to use a tap at your property, which we can attach a hosepipe to and fill the tub. Please let us know at the time of booking if you do not have a hosepipe.

How long does the set up take?

It will take us approximately 30 minutes to set up a hot tub and a further 2 to 3 hours to fill the tub with water, depending on your water pressure.

Do I need an outside socket?

We can provide waterproof electrical extension leads, please note that the hot tub will be required to be powered while in use to maintain temperature and to filter the water.

Property Acess and Location

The hot tubs will need a level surface of approximately 3m2, bases will be supplied to ensure the surface does not damage the base of the tub. (Please note if using on grass this will cause yellowing to the lack of sun/oxygen to the lawn). Our hot tubs are very portable and rear access is not a necessity for set up.

Is there anything I need to do to maintain the hot tub?

You will need to treat the water with the chemicals provided by use after every use to maintain the water quality. We will provide full instructions and demonstrate what you need to do.

Where do you deliver?

We operate within the black mountain area, 25 miles from the Hay-on-Wye Area.

Is there a damage deposit?

You will receive a copy of our terms and conditions before you pay your deposit. Once paid it is deemed that you agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety.

How do i pay?

The deposit will need to be paid via BACS. The remaining amount is to be paid by cash on delivery or a further BACS transfer.

Delivery and set up time?

We will arrive 24hrs prior to your booking time to set up the hot tub and return 24 hours (48hrs or 72hrs depending on the days booked) after the booking time to empty and collect the tub. We will require a contact number to give notice of our arrival.

What if there's a problem with the tub while it's being hired?

Please do not hesitate to contact us if there is a problem with your tub, if the solution cannot be resolved remotely will try and resolve it at your property free of charge.
